**The day-to-day activities**:

- Card payments product owner
- Define, test, set up and launch our defined card payments strategy, working closely with Technology, operations and industry partners
- Own the end to end card payments roadmap, including all system related testing and deployment, financial, portfolio strategies, as well as deepening the cards partnership ecosystem
- Leverage on new capabilities to reimagine card payments for our target customers and new products
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
- Own and manage the full end to end product life cycle management
- Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking
- Work with the business head on ideation and execution for the relevant products and services to be offered
- Work with operations/tech on end to end delivery of service
- Work with service to ensure best in class service delivery
- Responsible to drive NPS/customer satisfaction
- Ensure all products fulfil all regulatory requirements
- Work with the business head to define system specifications and participate in UAT testing for new and enhanced products.
- Drive digitalization initiatives to automate processes as part of the overall wealth capability roadmap.
- Perform periodic review, update and implementation of compliance control in accordance to Bank's standards.
- Keep abreast with market, regulatory, industry updates to ensure process relevancy.
- Solve for card payments as driver of customer value

**The must haves**:

- 5+ years experience as a product manager with a financial institution, card processing or tech software company.
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related fields.
- Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact ideally in a fintech, ecommerce or startup environment.
- Healthy blend of strategic thinking capabilities with An innate 'dream big, start small' mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
- An analytical and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- An owner's mindset - you don't shy away from the hard stuff.
- Passion for building delightful product experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from executives and partners.
