Develop and execute lesson plans and activities that support literacy, numeracy, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Incorporate hands-on activities, storytelling, music, art, and play to make learning engaging and accessible.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where children feel safe, respected, and confident.
- Guide children in developing social skills, such as sharing, cooperating, and understanding emotions.
- Establish and maintain daily routines that include playtime, snack time, naps, and instructional activities.
- Encourage independence by guiding children in personal tasks, such as handwashing, dressing, and cleaning up.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, including behavioral, cognitive, and physical development.
- Keep accurate records of children’s growth, challenges, and milestones, and share insights with parents.
- Conduct regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and provide daily feedback on children’s activities and achievements.
- Collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom with age-appropriate materials and resources.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including supervising children closely, sanitizing toys and surfaces, and following emergency procedures.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning sessions.
- Work with teaching assistants and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
