**Job Description**: Assists with identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs in terms of succession planning & learning and development. To embed learning culture into The Airline dept and perhaps AA as a whole. The position ensures effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and tech skills and leadership skills. **This role be a great fit for you if you are**: - Curious: Use your curious nature to analyze learning and talent data to drive decisions about the direction and evolution of our proposition in a simplified manner - Technically strong: You'll design, deliver and continuously improve a suite of blended learning and talent interventions, either facilitating or working in partnership with our learning partners to deliver appropriate interventions. Coming up with unconventional learning experiences & gamification to create sustainable impact. - A champion: use creative communication channels to engage colleagues and - promote internal opportunities to drive mobility and career progression. **What You’ll Do**: - Assisting with Administering Employee Training Programs & Planning programs for successors/Hipo - Promotes and informs employees about all training programs and (writing, graphics skill is important here) - Helps employees identify a specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence. - Meets with training providers (e.g. Airasia Academy) on a regular basis to support training efforts. - Assisting with Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness. - Meets regularly with participants to assess progress and address concerns. - Partners with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills. - Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation. - Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate - training to improve performance. - Assists with making any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate. - Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators. - Assists with establishing guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters exceed budgeted goals. **What You’ll Need**: - Degree with extensive 4-5 years of progressive learning & development experience - Experience is doing simplified training needs analysis & skill gap analysis - Experience is planning learnings for High-Potential and Succession Planning - Strong excel skills, using formulas, macros - Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (preferred but not required) - Experience in Google suite - Knowledge of data visualization is an added advantage/ Dashboard creation - Analytical and problem solving skills - Good writing skills (some creative writing) - Work independently when necessary and report back & work within team projects - Strong presentation skills - Workday LMS exposure - LinkedIn Learning exposure, knowledge in creating pathways and assigning, creating content & campaigns. - Good with numbers **We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
