QA Jr Leader

To ensure all QA inspections are carry out effectively (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, buy off, final inspection, outgoing inspection and loading inspection) and the inspections are properly and accurately documented;
- To ensure QA Inspectors and IPQC's are adhering to the QA standards and carrying out all QA inspections in accordance with the Company Standards;
- To ensure all the correct QA tools are in place at all times (e.g. QA Tolerance Charts, Mylars, Colour Folders, PMS, Buy-Off Samples, Process Controls, CCP's);
- To ensure retention samples are collected and stored along with all the completed and accurate in-process/inspection records and buy off samples for each production batch;
- To effectively carry out and ensure 100% traceability for each production batch with the complete check sheets and retention samples within the prescribed time frames;
- To ensure all in-process issues and customer complaints are properly investigated with a full root cause analysis and details of the investigations are properly documented with an ICAR within the prescribed timeframes;
- To monitor and verify the effective implementation of all CAPA Plans;
- To carry out final batch product testing to all products and carrying out the required SPC Analysis and presenting trend analysis reports of the findings during the weekly QA review meeting for each production batch;
- To ensure all the requirements of the Company's QMS Standards (including GMP Audit, In-Process Issues Summary, Quarantine Item Summary, MRR Summary) are effectively implemented and adhered to;
- To ensure all the requirements of the BRC Standards (including Calibration Reports, Internal Audits) are effectively implemented and adhered to;
- To ensure all the requirements of the SWA Standards are effectively implemented and adhered to;
- To ensure all the requirements of the Health and Safety Standards are effectively implemented and adhered to;
- To ensure all the requirements of the FSC Standards are effectively implemented and adhered to;
- To ensure ensure 100% adherence to the Annual Quality Calendar;
- Ensuring effective standards/operating procedures are maintained and/or developed from the receiving/incoming of materials, during the in-process manufacturing stages as well as during the final outgoing stage for all products with clearly established tolerances critical control points and process limits, which meet customer, statutory, regulatory requirements;
- To monitor and ensure that on-line inspection to detect gluing defects, printing defects and die cut defects during production is carried out effectively and measure the CpK values accordingly;
- To ensure that the QMS and all SOP’s strictly adhere to customer & statutory requirements, GMP, BRC Standards and Food Safety requirements and assisting in ensuring that continuous improvements are made to all existing systems and practices;
- To comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations and take all necessary precautions to ensure product safety and quality is never compromised in the course of carrying out all your duties and tasks;
- Analysing processes and implementing measures which will effect continous improvements to efficiencies and product quality, in accordance with Company’s Quality & Food Safety Policy as well as our Manufacturing Philosophy; and - Carrying out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by your Manager.
