**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory orders and deliveries.
- Provide support in other administrative duties as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM or recent graduates.
- Previous experience in administration and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
