Supervise and manage the entire operations of the facility.
- Assist with the on-boarding process of new hires.
- Provide regular job related training to staff to ensure they are equipped with the required skill and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements.
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.
- Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department.
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime
- Estimate the amount of material, equipment, and labour required for production.
- Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Effect the changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- Promptly inform the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Resolve error with file by researching resources, tooling, production reject, changes in drawing or order quantities, etc. as required.
- Maintains and filling production files and prepares related report as requested.
- Assist in prepare weekly and monthly planning report related with production planning.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Welding Technology or related field.
- Good organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good Communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge in production process and standards.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Familiar with quality testing machines, tools and systems.
- To adhere and compliance of ISO9001 quality system requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
