We are seeking a talented individual to join our** Network Operations **team at **Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS)**. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

**Specialist - Network Operations**

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide L2/3 technical support for Network Operations and Infrastructure covering:
- WAN and LAN connectivity
- Routers
- Firewall
- Cyber Security
- Change and configure management of policies, troubleshooting, patching, capacity management and system upgrades to network infrastructure
- Provide senior level communications and presentations when requested for projects and status updates
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability/resource utilization and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Provide continuous and consistent management reporting on the status of issues, actions, and resolutions
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of NOC experience, working in a global networking environment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and related network protocols.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of SSL certificate management and encryption.
- Familiarity with cloud-based load balancers in AWS/Azure environments.
