**What we’re looking for**
- Have experience in managing distribution partnerships preferably in Unified Communications/ Cloud/Telephony space.
- Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution operations & sales enablement.
- Have experience with SaaS Resellers in Asia.
- Have a deep understanding of the Distribution ecosystem in ASEAN & market.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Distribution partners.
- Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. i.e Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon,Jabra, Verint.
