**Finance Manager (Petaling Jaya, Selangor)**

**About the Role**
- As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will play a key role in driving Finance Strategy and Operations across six countries — India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- You will be responsible for preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of accounting, financial, and reporting policies, while maintaining strong financial controls across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, and budgets across multiple countries and entities.
- Provide variance analysis, commentary, and support for audits and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to CBRE financial governance, policies, and reporting standards.
- Partner with operations and clients to drive financial performance, resolve risks, and support business decisions.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and support contract governance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; working towards Chartered Accountant qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT) or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a multinational or complex matrix environment.
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills, with commercial acumen to support decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; able to work across multiple service lines and countries.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with discretion and integrity.
