**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Key Account Manager** with a strong background in the **furniture or interior design industry**. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and relationship management skills to drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand market share.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential partnerships.
- Drive sales growth by developing strategies and executing business plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Handle contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients (**Mandarin proficiency is an advantage**).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the furniture or interior design industry.**:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- **Mandarin proficiency is an advantage** to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
