Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly as soon as they arrive at the office and make sure they are all comfortable
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationeries and materials (e.g. pens & forms )
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning and faxing
- Take note every single word and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties and coordinate mail flow in and out of office
- Monitor and record petty cash payments
- Basic bookkeeping duties
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
