**Requirements**:

- **Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm will be priority**:

- **Can speak and read Mandarin will be priority.**

**Responsibility**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics.
- Able to set up Live, train the host, help build the TikTok account, and analyze the operation.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively.
- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance.
- Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.
- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.
- Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok's guidelines and community standards.
- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
