**Location**:Remote (Work from home in Malaysia)

We are a fast-growing US-based K12 education company offering innovative and transformative educational services. As we continue to expand and diversify, we're looking for a talented and dedicated Student Advisor, who can provide exceptional customer service to our US customers from Malaysia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Academic Affairs Management**:Ensure the smooth operation of online courses, including scheduling and managing the course calendar; Coordinate with the faculty team to ensure the effective implementation of the teaching plan.
- **Student Registration and Information Management**:Manage the student registration process, including the collection of necessary information and documents; Maintain the user database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of student information.
- **Textbook and Course Material Coordination**:Ensure that students can easily access and use the required course materials.
- **Academic Support and Tutoring**:Provide academic support, answering questions from students and teachers about course content; Arrange tutoring services to help students overcome academic challenges.
- **Technical Support**:Assist students and teachers in resolving issues with the online learning platform and technological tools; Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the smooth operation of the online education platform.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to answer queries and provide support; Coordinate online meetings and events to ensure the smooth transmission of information.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in education Academic Operation Assistant or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with database management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
- **Be flexible to accommodate hour shifts (both with night shifts & day shifts in Malaysia time).**:
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional and positive manner.
