**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:
The ASEAN Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with System Integrators, End Users & Customers and the broader RFID ecosystem across ASEAN.
Additionally, the ASEAN Sales Manager will drive developmental pilots in target segments from conceptualization to commercialization.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets
- Liaise with other functions, including product development and production teams, to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Manage existing accounts/customers
- Engage directly with customers and business partners on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior support service
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
- Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies, with enough knowledge to determine what is and what is not possible
- Communicates in a clear, objective, and confident manner with scalability to progress to the next level in the coming years.
- Teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills required to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and leverage.
- Able to travel throughout the region at short notice
