Junior HR

Haily Construction Sdn Bhd is primarily involved in the building construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Residential buildings consist of single and multi-dwelling buildings while non-residential buildings consist of commercial, purpose-built and industrial buildings. As a G7 CIDB registered main contractor for residential and non-residential building construction projects, we are responsible for the total project including the external built-environment covering civil works and infrastructure works within the project area, as well as the phsyical buildings.

Working Location: Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)

**Job Description (Junior HR & Admin Executive)**
- Manage monthly payroll tasks including data entry, verification and document filing.
- Facilitate orientation for new employees.
- Update and maintain the company’s organizational chart.
- Act as the point of contact with the website vendor for updates.
- Track and maintain records of company uniforms and monthly birthday gift for employees.
- Assist in planning and organizing annual events.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Description (Junior Purchasing Officer)**
- Provide efficient day-to-day support to the Purchasing team.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotation requests.
- Responsible for clerical and administrative duties, such as issuing purchase orders, tracking contract schedules and review invoices.
- Keep track of inventory and delivery statuses.
- Able to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job Requirement**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office.
