**Reimagine What’s Possible**
- Manage the GL Accounting team’s activities, including participating in recruiting, training, and task/resource allocation among team of accountants/analysts.
- Responsible for professional development, goal-setting and performance appraisal of accountants/analysts.
- Supervise monthly accounting close activities, including posting of journal entries, generating, and analyzing reports for assigned account(s).
- Review balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements.
- Supervise coordination with other finance, business, and operation departments to process transactions and review master data.
- Leading process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
- Driving standardization of GL/overhead accounting processes.
