**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **professional consultation** to customers on health concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Process prescriptions and dispense medications** accurately in compliance with legal and professional standards.
- **Supervise, train, and manage staff** to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and oversee **stock inventory management** to ensure proper supply levels and minimize wastage.
- **Identify and maximize sales opportunities** while maintaining focus on patient care.
- Develop and implement **policies and procedures** for effective and compliant pharmacy management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- **Registered Pharmacist** with a valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to work **45 hours per week** and adapt to operational needs.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy management is an advantage.
