We're hiring experienced **IT Test Managers** to lead testing efforts across system upgrades, enhancements, and mini-projects within our investment systems. In this role, you’ll plan and manage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing, ensuring that systems work as expected and meet business needs.

You’ll work closely with vendors, business users, and tech teams to build test strategies, lead execution, track issues, and make sure quality standards are met on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

**Test Planning & Strategy**
- Lead the overall testing scope for investment systems and related projects.
- Design test strategies and detailed test plans (SIT, UAT, functional, regression, etc.).
- Define testing activities in coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
- Prepare or review test data, scripts, and ensure everything is tracked in the test platform.

**Test Execution & Tracking**
- Manage and oversee day-to-day test execution across all test types.
- Make sure systems meet business requirements and specifications.
- Track defects and issues; maintain records of test results and outcomes.
- Monitor progress and ensure testing stays on track within deadlines and budget.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with vendors, business users, analysts, and developers.
- Validate test cases and confirm testing readiness.
- Resolve testing issues quickly and escalate when needed.
- Run walkthroughs and testing review sessions when needed.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare reports on testing status, test variance, and defect logs.
- Document test cases, scripts, and sign-off records clearly and consistently.
- Maintain “To-Be” process flows related to tested screens and systems.

**Issue Management**
- Track all bugs, variances, and issues until resolved.
- Ensure follow-ups are done and progress is shared with key stakeholders.

**Quality Control**
- Uphold testing standards and ensure deliverables meet internal quality benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in testing and QA.
- At least 3 years specifically in SIT & UAT process design and implementation.
- Strong background in manual testing with JIRA.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycles.
- Experience with investment system testing is a bonus.
- Testing certifications like **ISTQB/CTFL** are a plus.
- Knowledge of test automation and test data management tools (nice to have).

**Documentation Skills**
- Confident in writing test plans, test reports, defect logs, and sign-off documents.
- Able to turn technical/business requirements into clear testing scenarios.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
