Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support at the construction site.
- Ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
- Coordinating daily site operations.
- Maintaining and updating filing systems (both electronic and physical).
- Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets accurately.
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Liaising with main office staff for procurement of materials.
- Compiling and preparing daily reports.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to site personnel.
**Requirements**:
- Full-time position.
- Located in Rantau Panjang, Kelantan
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skill
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
