Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and various departments within the company.
- Oversee human resource functions, including payroll, employee benefits, and recruitment processes.
- Create, format, and proofread documents such as reports, memos, presentations, and manuals related to construction.
- Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external, including arranging venues, catering, and necessary equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of important documents, contracts, and agreements related to the company's operations and partnerships.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Additional administrative or secretarial training is a plus.
- Preferably with working experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a construction-related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with external partners and distributors.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
