Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors to the meeting venues.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Pick up and deliver the mail.
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Assist in maintaining a current and accurate filing system.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Any other tasks assigned as and when required.

**Additional requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder or SPM holder from recognized institutions.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Software knowledge i.e. MS Word, Excel, & others.
- Salary range depending on qualifications & experiences.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
