**Positions available**
- Residential Activity Leader Day Team
- Pastoral Group Leader Evening/Night Team

Key responsibilities of a **Day Team Member**
- Delivering high quality activities following our pre-designed activity programme
- Supervising the group in both on/off-site activities, throughout transition/travel periods, and during dorm time
- Ensuring the welfare and needs of all children are met
- Set up/pack down of each activity
- Ensuring the company's safety policies and procedures are followed and enhanced throughout each activity
- General tidying/cleaning of activity areas
- Completion of any relevant documents/forms as required
- Ensure a detailed ‘handover’ is delivered to the evening pastoral team on a daily basis
- Address disruptive behaviour in a professional manner & raise concerns to the onsite manager
- Providing a fun and safe environment for all campers through engaging & enthusiastic delivery
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role at all times
- Adhere to the company's safeguarding policy
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running and success of the camp

Key responsibilities of a **Evening/Night Team Member**
- Delivering high quality activities following our pre-designed **evening** programme
- Supervising the group during activities, moving around site & throughout meal/dorm times
- Following the overnight pastoral policy to ensure correct checks are conducted prior to ‘lights out’
- Ensuring the welfare and needs of all children are met
- Set up/pack down of each activity
- Ensuring the company's safety policies and procedures are followed and enhanced throughout each activity
- General tidying/cleaning of activity areas
- Completion of any relevant documents/forms as required
- Ensure a detailed ‘handover’ is delivered to the management & day teams each morning
- Address disruptive behaviour in a professional manner & raise concerns to the onsite manager
- ** Stay onsite** during overnight pastoral care & act as main contact in case of emergency
- Providing a fun and safe environment for all campers through engaging & enthusiastic delivery
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role at all times
- Adhere to the company's safeguarding policy, ensuring the correct process is followed
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running and success of the camp
- ** Food & Accommodation is provided by Camp Beaumont**

**Our Activities**

Deliver & instruct a variety of fun & engaging activities allowing children to get outdoors, be creative, and express themselves

Our tailored programmes consist of exciting & engaging activities such as water fights, football, Canoeing, circus skills, Art attack, badminton, along with 2 OFFSITE excursion days per week

**Hours**

**Day Team (Sunday to Sunday)**
- **Residential Activity Leader**:Shifts for this role are structured so you work 4.5 days on & then have 2.5 days off. **Working hours fall between 07:30am - 17:30pm.** Lunch is provided by Camp Beaumont whilst working.

**Evening/Night Pastoral Team (Sunday to Sunday)**
- **Pastoral Group Leader**:6x shifts per week & 4 shifts per week contracts available - **Working hours fall between 17:30pm-07:30am**:

- ** From 17:30pm-21:30pm** you will be supervising the groups during evening meal & dorm time, before leading & delivering the evening activities.
**During this time, you will be paid **_RM40 PER HOUR._**:

- ** From 21:30pm-07:00am **you will be in one of the staff dorms & on call overnight. You are not required to stay awake overnight but are expected to respond in an emergency or should a child need assistance.**_ Please note during this time you will be paid RM15 PER HOUR_**

**Training**
- You will attend a three-day (3) mandatory training course and one day (1) Induction prior to camp, whilst getting paid to attend
- We ask that you bring bundles of energy and passion and we will teach you the rest

**About you**:

- Over 18 years old
- Fluent English - spoken, written & reading
- Previous leadership/Management experience preferable
- Additional Language skills such as Mandarin, Cantonese etc are preferable
- Available to work during the School Holidays
- Possess lots of energy and enthusiasm
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
- Experience working in a residential setting preferable
- Have initiative and ability to work independentl
