'¢ Up bringing production team to meet target, productivity, efficiency & quality standard. '¢ Assist in stock management & accuracy. '¢ Conduct random check on finished products and work in progress products to determine conformance to quality and specifications. '¢ Develop production schedule with production Manager so that maximum productivity is achieved. '¢ Ensure daily production operation waste at minimum level which inclusive of packaging and raw material wastage from every process point. '¢ To prepare production performance report with data analysis and budget '¢ Other task assigns by Immediate Superior or Production Director.
