**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retail clients — including pharmacies, baby shops, convenience stores, mini markets, and beauty stores — in Southern and Central West Malaysia. Your role will involve meeting clients on-site, pitching our products, and building long-term business relationships to expand Beleap’s retail presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively source and approach potential retail partners in targeted regions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing outlets.
- Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, and negotiation with store owners or purchasing managers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand Beleap’s retail footprint.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor updates.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and support for retail partners.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions or sampling activities.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports and visit logs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outdoor or FMCG sales (experience in baby care, personal care, or retail distribution is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network or familiarity with retail businesses in Southern & Central West Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel frequently across assigned territories.
- Need to achieve sales target ( Commission will be given based on sales target).
- Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
