**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding Support**:

- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and welcome kits for new hires.
- Assist in conducting orientation for new employees.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documentation (e.g., offer letters, contracts).
- Manage HR-related data entry and ensure accuracy.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
- **Training and Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, and following up on attendance.
- Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
- Help in organizing company events or workshops.
- **Employee Engagement**:

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and analyzing the results.
- Assist in handling internal communication to promote company culture and engagement.
- **HR Compliance**:

- Assist in ensuring the company complies with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support in maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- **Performance Management Support**:

- Help organize performance appraisal meetings and documentation.
- Assist in tracking employee performance review deadlines and maintaining relevant records.
- **Special Projects**:

- Participate in HR special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
- **General HR Support**:

- Provide general support to the HR Manager as needed.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
