Account Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash flow management.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update accounting ledgers and records.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Assist with tax calculations and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus but not required
- Experience handle Government Grants (Geran Kerajaan) is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
