- Assist a doctor in charge (Aesthetic/GP) and attend to customers' inquiries in the clinic or at the customer establishment.
- Be a person in charge at a reception counter. The first person who to greet customers.
- Build a good relationship with customers.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Help the clinic on marketing/screening campaigns.
- Keep the clinic clean and maintain the instruments/equipment in a good condition.
- Maintain accurate documentations of customer's records.
- Perform facial treatments for customers.
- Perform Medical and Aesthetic related works.
- Provide a support for doctors in consultation rooms.
- Responsible for customer appointment, able to create efficient system for customer’s appointment filling.
- Responsible on basic accounting and reporting for daily financial update.
- Responsible on customers’ registration and dispensary.
- Responsible to close sales and to consult on customers’ issue.
- To update doctors daily regarding time of appointments or total of customers and type of treatment a day ahead.
- Work as part of a team to maintain exceptional clinic standards.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 42 per week
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
