**About the Internship**

As an Automation & Tech Innovation Intern, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-looking environment. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance efficiency, enable smarter decision-making, and improve digital experiences across the organization. From automating repetitive tasks to supporting AI initiatives and building internal tools, you’ll be immersed in meaningful innovation from day one.

**What You’ll Work On**

**1. Process Automation & Workflow Enhancement**
- Help identify manual, repetitive processes that can benefit from automation.
- Learn to develop automation scripts and bots using platforms like UiPath and Laiye.
- Work closely with business users to understand workflows and propose smarter, tech-driven solutions.

**2. Web & Application Development**
- Contribute to designing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Support backend development activities using Python, Java, or SQL.

**3. AI & Data-Driven Projects**
- Support testing and implementation efforts for AI models and solutions.
- Help analyze data, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists on proof-of-concept and experimental initiatives.

**4. Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Work within agile teams alongside developers, analysts, and project managers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and brainstorming meetings.
- Gain exposure to end-to-end project lifecycles and cross-functional teamwork.

**5. Continuous Learning & Innovation**
- Keep up with the latest trends in automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Join internal workshops, tech talks, and mentorship opportunities.
- Be encouraged to experiment, share ideas, and explore new approaches.

**Who You Are**
- A final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient in programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Curious about automation, intelligent systems, and digital transformation.
- A problem-solver who enjoys optimizing and improving processes.
- A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow.
