**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Experience overseeing a construction project.
- Budget management experience.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM8,000.00 per month
