**Job Title: Kitchen Crew**

**Job Level**:Entry level to Intermediate

**Department**:F&B Department

**Location**:THE Exchange TRX, KLGCC, Ascott KL and Mont Kiara

**Salary**:
Full time Rate: RM2500/month to RM3000/month

Part time Rate: RM15/hr to 18/hr

**Working days**:6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and seasoning ingredients.
- Ensure food items are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain food safety standards.
- Safely operate kitchen appliances such as blenders, ovens, and grills.
- Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitize utensils at the end of each shift.
- Help with handling food orders and special arrangements for guests, ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

**Job Specifications**:

- With at least less than a year experience working in the kitchen is preferred.
- Friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
- **Conversational Mandarin or Korean is an added advantage** (to cater to a diverse customer base).
- Malaysian citizens or those with the legal right to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing vegetables, chopping, and seasoning ingredients before service.
- Ensure proper storage of food items at appropriate temperatures to maintain food safety.
- Operate kitchen appliances (e.g., blenders, ovens, grills) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and sanitize utensils at the end of each shift.
- Support the team by handling multiple food orders simultaneously and assisting with special arrangements or reservations as needed.
