**Quality Inspector - Technician (CMM)**

- To perform dimensional measurement and quality inspection for in-process, finished, assembled parts and FA parts according to part drawings and specifications.
- To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM, VMM, profilometer, indicators, height gauge, micro-meters and any other inspection gauges. Hands on handling CMM Zeiss Calypso is an added advantage.
- To review and interpret drawings (per ASME Y14.5M) and customer specification to perform visual and dimensional inspections.
- To review and verify all non-conformance items and issuing Non-Conformance Report when found during the inspection.
- To ensure all parts are inspected promptly and released in a timely manner to avoid any line down-time.
- Develop and maintain QC inspection reports appropriately.
- Record, trend, and maintain Cp/Cpk data using SPC software.
- Understanding customer FAIR requirements and ensuring 5S at workplace all times.
- To perform any other QC tasks required.
- Assist in any tasks as instructed by your superior and/or management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
