Principal M365 Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a broad technical background who has strong working knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 technologies but who also has in-depth knowledge of Software Deployment using SCCM and has experience in migrating devices to Intune ( Endpoint managemet)

They will also be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Intune, Identities, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Act as Microsoft 365 solution technical lead in the team

In Agile organization, this role will be assigned to a team which required working knowledge in device management, software deployment, Intune and Endpoint security.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Resolve complex problem management issues regarding systems/operations by liaising with outside vendors and partners. Act as a point of escalation for complex problems within the team, providing technical advice and support to others.
- Undertake complex projects in the cluster which require specialized technical knowledge.
- Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and quickly resolving highly complex problems.
- Undertake complex system/network projects/enhancements requiring additional specialize technical expertise. Co-ordinate and allocate the necessary resources and establish the right priorities in the execution of activities in an accurate and timely manner.
- On need basis, assist to identify areas for automation and evaluate effectiveness and appropriateness of solutions.
- Review highly complex problem situations and define preventive measures / improvements to processes, procedures or tools.
- On need basis to assist in operational responsibility regarding skills development plans, quality checking and follow-up for one or several teams/squads.
- Provide input to performance management and development of the team(s), liaising with line manager regarding growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in M365 administration or support role.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its products, such as Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration tools and processes.
- Ability to configure Microsoft 365 to manage processes and document storage.
- Experience with user training and support methods.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Has experience in Microsoft Intune including Endpoint Analytics, Endpoint management with the ability to manage devices with Intune MDM.
- Has Working experience of Intune Autopilot for Zero Touch deployment.
- Must have experience in managing Microsoft 365 technologies, Intune, Auto Pilot, Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 administration.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Zero Trust principles.
- Has ability to use PowerShell scripting to improve the working experience.
- Managing security policies across domains using AAD security features.
- Managing compliance policies across domains using AAD compliance features.

**Certifications**:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals

Any of the following additional certifications to the above would be advantageous:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate,
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate,
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate,
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate,
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate.

Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Active Directory: 5 years (preferred)
- M365 Administrator: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
