- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for both functional and technical aspects of JIRA management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in for all JIRA-related initiatives.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and documentation to ensure the effective adoption of JIRA across the organization.
- User Support: Provide end-user support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive user experience.
- Agile Advocacy: Advocate for Agile product development within the organization, staying updated with the latest frameworks and methodologies in the industry.
- Innovation & Recommendations: Stay up-to-date with JIRA’s product roadmap, new features, and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**
- University Degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Agile/Scrum Certification is required.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to deliver complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and JIRA developments.
- Preferred background in logistics / supply chain, IT and or management consulting.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
