- **Lead Generation** - Use personal or free social media to attract potential Mandarin learners.
- **Promotions** - Create and share content for free Mandarin trial classes.
- **Student Engagement** - Communicate with prospects and encourage participation.
- **Sales Conversion** - Achieve enrollment targets by promoting program benefits.
- **Brand Representation** - Represent the company professionally online.
- **Collaboration** - Work with leaders for strategy improvements and training.
- **Reporting** - Track leads, follow-ups, and progress.
- **Salary** - **Commission & incentives during probation; basic salary + incentives + commission after confirmation.**
