**Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with delivery team to ensure the execution of agreements and related documents
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits being offered
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Assist to monitor and ensure effectiveness of all resources in achieving sales target.
- Assists Manager to improve product marketability and profitability on existing project sales and coordinate new project development,
- Assist in preparing of proposal development report, market survey, competitor analysis, property exhibition and magazine evaluation report, sales kit, invitation letter & etc.
- Assist to prepare letters, forms, plans and other documents for presentation and signing purposes.
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Understanding of public relations. Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
