**Job Objective**: To support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, enabling trainees to gain
hands-on experience in inventory control, order processing, packing and transportation coordination.
**Detailed of the job scope / Key Responsibilities**
**1 Inventory Management**:

- Assist in monitoring and checking inventory in the system.
- Participate in stocktaking and inventory audits.
**2 Order Processing**:

- Support processing of the internal transaction from (Originator)
- Assist in preparing delivery documents like shipping invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch
- Review and understand requirement of customer purchase order and supplier.
(incoterms, payment terms, promised date, exemptions A 57 / 55, C1)
**3 Shipping & Receiving**:

- Monitor outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with packer to ensure proper goods packing as per require by clients
- Assist to take goods packing photo (before/after) and update the project file
- Coordinate with transporter / forwarder to ensure goods delivered and follow up signed DO.
(By Sea, Air, Road and Courier Services)
**4 Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain logistics and shipping records / file.
- Support in generating daily, weekly, or monthly logistics reports (Sale Tax Exemption)
- File and manage documents such as delivery orders, purchase orders, and freight documents.
**5 Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate with packer, transport companies, and internal departments.
(Request for quotation, follow up documents)
- Assist in tracking shipments and updating customers or internal teams.
- Help resolve delivery or supply chain issues.
**6 System & Software Use**:

- Learn and use ERP or logistics management (e.g.,Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Data entry and updating logistics records accurately.
**7 Compliance & Safety**:

- Introduction to regulations (customs, ISO standards, dagangnet etc.)
- Understand and support adherence to logistics, health & safety, and company policies.
- Learn about import/export documentation and customs regulations (if applicable).

- Manage ERP logictics data, record, reports, update shipmentd details and inventory movements
