**Responsibilities**:

- Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
- Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information
- Manage customers or client’s feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Perform post-case administration for future reference

**Job Requirements**:

- Prefer mandarin speaker
- Minimum ITE certificates, Diploma or Degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in a contact center
- Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing withcomplex problems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Working Hours: 24/7 Rotating shift work will kick start after 3 months of training.
- Location: Menara IGB Tower (Mid valley, KL)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
