Responsible for pre and post contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order and final accounts. - Liaise with client, contractor, and project team. - Conduct site valuation and measurement and preparing payment recommendations for contractors. - To handle tender process, tender invitation, tender submission, tender comparison, tender interview, tender documents, and report. - Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. - Valuation of variation orders and preparing final accounts statements. - To take measurement and ensure that the prices quoted in the tender are accurate and appropriate. Preparing technical contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations based on tender specifications & drawing. - Submission of tender, attend tender interview and tender presentation. - Call for quotation and negotiation with subcontractor and suppliers, monitor and control project cost, evaluate contractual claims. - To evaluate the progress claim received from subcontractors and suppliers and preparing monthly progress claim and progress payment. - Attending site valuation and site meeting, prepare progress report including daily report, weather charts, meeting minutes, progress charts and photographs. - Resolve outstanding claim issues and prepare final accounts and variation orders promptly. - Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements applicable to the projects. - Perform any ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
