To coach and motivate subordinates to perform themselves to meet the performance standard (JD).
- To motivate subordinates to participate in cross function team, and cultivate teamwork culture among the team,
- To counsel & discipline staff to ensure company rule & regulations are being adhered to.
- To maintain and update department process and instruction to ensure continuous improvement to meet QMS and EMS requirement.
- To manage and control department documentation to meet the company requirements
- To monitor the energy cost e.g. Boiler Oil Consumption, Electricity, Water, Chemical, and Tapioca in monthly report.
- To source machinery part and evaluation in term of the supplier ability to provide the quality parts.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years working experience in related field (preferred in Corrugator industrial environment.)
- Knowledgeable in Preventive Maintenance programmed.
- Well experience in maintenance
- Able to work at Nibong Tebal.
- Able to commit work on Alternate Saturdays.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
