- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Understand company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Identify customer needs and guide them accordingly to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., technical support, billing) to resolve complex issues.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with company policies, promotions, and system changes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
