**Job Purpose**:
To assist in managing and organizing inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are tracked, and inventory is accurate to support smooth warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform daily cycle counts and update inventory records.
- Assist with yearly stock take
- Check empty location Weekly
- Require to do Monthly reports to assist the inventory accuracy
- Require to travel from one branch to another within Klang valley based on monthly schedules and urgent Tasks.
- Make sure all the accounts follow Inventory SOP in their daily operation
- Any issues with an account require to update the Inventory Supervisor on the spot.
- Monthly spot-check on the accounts with critical accuracy levels.
- **Stock Organization**:

- Ensure each account follows the right SOP during put-away or transfer physical goods.
- Ensure that products are labeled and stored correctly for easy identification.
- **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of daily cycle count and stock takes reports in the share folder
- Record transactions, such as inventory additions or removals, and document discrepancies in system.
- **Team Support**:

- Work closely with Inventory Supervisor on daily schedule for daily Tasks.
- Assist in periodic audits and stock taking.
- Require to stay back till late to ensure all back-end work done

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management (preferred).
- Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot table)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items when required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and move products weighing up to [insert weight] lbs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work in a warehouse or office environment.
- May involve weekend or evening shifts depending on the company’s operational needs.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
