**Responsibilities**:
**Generalist**
- Handle in the execution of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and benefits (Payroll), Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
- Assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
- Prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management and other HR related letters.
- Update employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR related files.
- Handle all employee inquiries & grievances, dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance
- Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.
- Performing any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduate with internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years experience in HR.
