- Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
- Ensure smooth running of FOH operation.
- To develop great knowledge and sense of hospitality and specialty coffee knowledge and skills.
- Ensure great customer service is being provided to all customers.
- Ensure that mise en place for beverage preparation is completed in your section.
- Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
- Replenishes service lines as needed and restocks and prepares the workstation for the next shift.
- Responsible for preparing and serving all beverage and food items by the recipe and to specification.
- Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
- Would need to follow the cleaning schedules for the outlet and clean the section and other areas as directed.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
- Support the baristas and chefs in the daily operation and work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
