**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Streaming**: Host regular live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok & Shopee to showcase HLA's products, engage with viewers, and answer their questions in real-time.
- **Product Presentation**: Present and demonstrate HLA garments in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting key features, styling tips, and benefits.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with the live audience, respond to comments and questions, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the internal team to develop creative and compelling live stream content / video content that aligns with HLA's brand identity and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Promotion**: Promote special offers, discounts, and exclusive deals during live sessions to drive sales and increase customer conversion rates.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest trends in live streaming, social media, and fashion to keep HLA's live content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates / no experience is encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Required language(s): Malay / English Fluent in Malay will be an added advantage
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends and styles.
- Ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience in a genuine and entertaining manner.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about live streaming platforms and tools, including TikTok and Shopee.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations during live sessions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for live events.

**LIVE MODERATOR/ LIVE STREAMING ASSISTANT**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Moderation**: Monitor and manage live chat during streaming sessions, ensuring a positive and respectful environment by addressing comments, questions, and concerns in real-time.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with viewers by responding to comments, encouraging participation, and highlighting key moments during the live stream.
- **Technical Support**: Assist with the setup and technical aspects of live streaming, including camera, lighting, audio, and software to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the Live Host and team to prepare and organise content for live sessions, such as product details, promotions, and talking points.
- **Troubleshooting**: Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the live stream, minimising disruptions and ensuring a smooth viewing experience.
- **Data Collection**: Track and record live stream performance metrics, viewer engagement, and feedback to help optimise future live sessions.
- **Pre
- and Post-Stream Activities**: Assist with the preparation before live sessions, such as setting up the streaming environment, and with post-stream activities like archiving recordings and organising highlights.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the live streaming process, audience interaction, and overall content quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational background in broadcasting, marketing, mass communication, or any relevant field

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for live events.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
