**Job Position**:Search Engine Marketer (SEM/SEO) - Full Time Position

We are hiring a mid/senior Search Engine Marketer (SEM/SEO) to work closely with our Performance Marketers, Content Writers, International Growth Marketers to ensure highest visibility on search engines compared to our competitors, and improve our declining rankings.

**Position Overview**:

- You will report to the Head of Marketing and work from our Damansara Heights office, 3 days out of a week.
- You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall Search Engine Marketing strategy (paid and organic).
- Your duties will cover a wide variety of tasks such as web marketing (Google Ads), web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- You should be driven by results, organized, and willing to continually learn & deepen your knowledge to stay up to date with the latest Search Engine Marketing trends.
- **The Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy that increases the company's organic search engine result rankings.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing material.
- Regularly perform thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Work towards organic search optimization and maximize ROI.
- Manage our PPC campaigns.
- Identify key SEO & SEM KPIs (Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts)
- Prepare and present reports to give a snapshot of performance over time.
- Identify problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and SEM digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Efficiently communicate & collaborate with other marketing team members to plan and align strategy & goals.
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
**The Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years experience in SEM
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Willing to learn or prior experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Search Console, UberSuggest, etc.
- Copywriting skills are very important.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
