**Deputy Operations Manager|Menara Perak, KL**
**Salary: Up to RM20K**
**Working hours Mon to Friday 9am to 6pm**
**Working location: Menara Perak**

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, direct or coordinate the company's operational activities. Responsibilities include formulating policies, managing day-to-day activities, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
- Participate in the formulation of operational policies of various departments, supervise and complete them.
- Familiar with market competition needs, able to discuss promotion policies and marketing strategies with colleagues in the marketing market. (It includes: collection, analysis and feedback of sales performance data of shopping malls.)
- Be able to understand the structure and technical problems of the company's products.
- Be able to make good use of the company's resources for deployment, and check in real time whether the plan is going smoothly.
- Reasonably arrange human resources, including the transfer of the company's rider department's schedule.
- Be able to connect with the financial department on some accounting issues.
- Prepare work achievement report, operation result benefit evaluation and improvement report.
- Plan and control the company's cost budget.
- Listen to the demands of employees, give space and communication opportunities, and be a prudent and enlightened leader.
- Respect the labor achievements of each employee, give appropriate rewards and appropriate punishments.
- Responsible for collecting user feedback, understanding and mining user needs, and providing substantial assistance and professional guidance to various brand takeaway merchants.
- Responsible for in-depth evaluation of products, analysis of data, and formulating plans for user operation, event operation and content operation based on data.
**Job requirements**:
- Have a university degree in any major
- More than five years of experience in food delivery App operation, familiar with online and offline operations.
- Familiar with market conditions, proficient in O2O operation rules and channels, proficient in various promotion tools and activities of mobile platforms, and independently undertaken the process design and implementation of takeaway platforms.
- Strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking, keen market insight, planning ability, organization and coordination ability and market pioneering spirit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
