**Your Role**:
As a Dialysis Nurse, you’ll provide exceptional nursing care to patients while supporting the Person-in-Charge in managing day-to-day operations at our dialysis center. Your role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies or machine malfunctions and notify the PIC.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care instructions and medical updates.
- Deliver nursing interventions aligned with the medical care plan and doctor’s instructions.
- Uphold a high standard of nursing care, ensuring adherence to patient care policies and safety goals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and provide outstanding patient care.
- Be proactive in passing over reports and meeting the Ministry of Health’s standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Qualifications**: Diploma in Nursing/Medical Assistant.
- **Certifications**: Registered LJM Nurse with a valid Annual Practice Certificate & Post Basic Certification in Renal Nursing.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, consulting abilities, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- **Personal Traits**: Independent, proactive, and a team player.
