The Management Associate reports directly to the Chief Procurement Officer, APAC and serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Transformation projects, entity/department driven initiatives/projects including and not limited to any ad hocs tasks.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Coordinates meetings with the involvement of relevant key stakeholders, screens documents (if any) and challenges the canonical.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive Management and Country/Entity Management; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Coordinates and prepares for BL board meetings, projects update etc, communicates directly, and on behalf of BL Executive Management, with Board members, Hub Executive Management, and others (if required).
- Spearheads internal Customer Experience (CX) Champion including suppliers. Follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed from the Entity Champions. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Owns the Transformation roadmap and oversees the overall progress of the programme. Works closely and effectively with key executive managements to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Develops Continuous Improvement and deployment strategy and roadmap. Works closely and effectively with Entities/BLs Heads to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the team, and manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Participates in the Projects/Review. To proofread projects documents and challenge the canonical.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Degree or Master in Business Management or related fields
- Ideally experience in project management with 2 years working experience
- Proficient in statistics, data mining and analytical methods
- Good project management, organizational and communication skills
- Strong management experience and working with a team
