Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing overall planning, organising, coordinating and supervising of daily activities of Human Resources.
- Manage the hiring process in line with Head of Department.
- Oversee the administration of company requirement, including reconcile all document and employees’ file.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counselling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.
- Create and distribute memo/guidelines/announcements.
- Assist to conduct orientation for new employee
- Observe the relevant ACTS under priorities and secondary.
- Prepare and manage duty roaster.
- Prepare and upkeep attendance record.
- To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
