**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
To manage legal business matters pertaining to the organization.

To provides a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients.

To act as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization's government and regulatory compliance.

To review legal data and advises organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.

To performs litigation management on the company's behalf or coordinates litigation and other legal matters handled by outside counsel.

To demonstrates experience in general corporate matters (experience in retail business is a plus), including franchise, lease, local procurement, consumer complaints, compliance, contracting, employment law, real estate, data privacy, risk management, contract management and corporate organization matters.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience either in-house or in a law firm.

Possesses bar qualifications in at least one jurisdiction.

Strong English language drafting skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability in communicate in Mandarin will be a plus.

Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
